MT. VAEA, MT. FITO & MT. RAEMARU MEETING ROOMS
1. The Pacific Business Hub opening hours for general hire of our meeting rooms are between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Mt. Vaea, Mt. Fito, Mt. Raemaru Meeting Rooms are available for hire on an hourly basis from 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday.
After hours and weekend bookings for all rooms can be made by arrangement – surcharges will apply.
Set up and pack down times are included in the agreed hire period. In order to vacate a room within the agreed period of room hire, all equipment and personal belongings must be removed from the space.
Should the room be still in use after the allocated time, an additional room hire will be payable at the appropriate rate, pro rata, in hourly segments.
2. The Mt. Vaea room is our biggest meeting room
• seats up to 12 people in a roundtable/boardroom style setting
• seats up to 16 people theatre style setting
• includes access to Wi-Fi, Whiteboard, Coffee/Tea/Water, Bathrooms, Kitchen
• Available upon request is a projector or TV screen.
The Mt. Raemaru room is a small meeting room
• Seats up to 6 people
• Includes access to Wi-Fi, Bathrooms
The Mt. Fito room is a small meeting room
• Seats up to 4 people
• Includes access to Wi-Fi, TV Screen, Bathrooms
• Better suited for interviews
All equipment requirements must be advised 48 hours in advance of your meeting or event in order to ensure it is set up and supplied in the way expected by the organiser.
The Pacific Business Hub takes all care, but is not liable in the event of the failure of equipment to be available or working during the hire of the venue.
3. Payment is due immediately upon booking.
All bookings are done through our online booking system at https://www.pacificbizhub.co.nz/bookings.html
Your booking is deemed confirmed once you have made and paid your booking via our online booking system.
You should receive an email immediately after this to confirm payment and your booking.
You should refer back to this email if you wish to change or cancel your booking.
4. For changes or cancellations, a 48 hours’ notice is required otherwise you will not be entitled to a refund.
No refund will be given on room hire for any time that is unused.
The Pacific Business Hub reserves the right to decline any booking.
5. In case of damage or breakages, you the hirer is responsible for the cost of repairs, other than reasonable wear and tear, that may occur during the period of hire or as a result of the hire.
Any damage must be reported as soon as is practicable.
Please do not affix anything to the walls.
6. You shall not sub-let the hire of the premises.
7. The Pacific Business Hub will not permit anything in the facility that is deemed illegal, disorderly or offensive. We reserve the right to be the judge of whether an activity is disorderly or offensive.
8. The Pacific Business Hub is a NON-SMOKING facility.
9. No animals are permitted in The Pacific Business Hub.
10. Parking onsite is limited and is subject to availability.
Parking is marked yellow with PBH sign and is both in front and back of the building.
11. Meeting rooms should be left in a tidy state.
12. General cleaning is included in the room hire fee. Where an event has created cleaning over normal requirements, or if furniture and fittings have been soiled, or paint removed from the walls, the organiser will incur a cleaning fee or repair fee.
