What happens after submitting your application?

We will do our due diligence upon receiving your application.
You will be notified within 5 workings days whether your application is successful or not.
If your application is successful, a Licence Agreement will be issued.
An invoice will be issued upon receiving your signed Licence Agreement with payment due within 5 working days.
You have 3 Working Days to cancel.
Early Termination Fees Apply.

    • 2 Forms of ID - Current Passport or NZ Driver License with a Birth Certificate, Community Services Card, 18+ Card
    • Proof of Address - Bank Statement, Utility Bill, Rates Notice

    If you sign up for a Private Office or Dedicated Private Desk, a minimum sign up period of 6 months is required.
    If you sign up for a Permanent Hot Desk or an Upgrade, a minimum sign up period of 3 months is required.

    A due diligence process will be followed upon receiving your application to confirm your details. A credit check may be required. You will be notified within 5 business days whether your application is successful or not.     If your application is successful, a Licence Agreement will be issued. 
    An invoice will be issued upon receiving your signed Licence Agreement with payment due immediately to secure your space.
    You have 3 Working Days to cancel. Early Termination Fees Apply.
