    If you submit your application and you don't hear from us after 3 days, please do give us a call to check. We have had the odd occasion where applications are submitted but are not received at our end.
    Please provide and upload the following supporting documents
    • 2 Forms of ID - Current Passport or NZ Driver License with a Birth Certificate, Community Services Card, 18+ Card
    • Proof of Address - Bank Statement, Utility Bill, Rates Notice

    Declaration
    By signing up for a Private Office or Dedicated Private Desk, you commit to a minimum term of 6 months, unless agreed otherwise in advance. For Permanent Hot Desks or upgrades, the minimum term is 3 months, subject to prior agreement.

    Once we receive your application, we will conduct a due diligence review, which may include a credit check. We’ll notify you within 5 business days about the status of your application.

    If approved, you’ll receive a Licence Agreement. To secure your space, please sign the agreement and complete payment upon receipt of the invoice.

    You may cancel within 3 business days, though early termination fees will apply if cancelling before the commitment term ends.
