    DECLARATION:
    By signing up for a Private Office or Dedicated Private Desk, you agree to a minimum commitment period of 6 months, unless prior discussion and arrangement have been made.

    For a Permanent Hot Desk or an Upgrade, the minimum commitment period is 3 months, unless prior discussion and arrangement have been made.

    Upon receiving your application, we will conduct a due diligence process to verify your details. This may include a credit check. You will be informed within 5 business days whether your application has been successful.

    If your application is approved, a Licence Agreement will be issued. An invoice will follow upon receipt of your signed Licence Agreement, and payment is required immediately to secure your space.

    You have the right to cancel within 3 working days. Please note that early termination fees apply.
