Meeting Rooms / Venue Hire - Terms and Conditions
1. Hours of Operation
The Pacific Business Hub opening hours for general hire of our Meeting Rooms are from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
All our Meeting Rooms are available for hire on an hourly basis.
After Hours and Weekend Bookings are available by arrangement.
Surcharges apply to our After Hours and Weekend Meeting Room bookings.
Set up and pack down times are to be included in the agreed hire period.
In order to vacate a room within the agreed period of room hire, all equipment and personal belongings must be removed from the space.
Should the room be still in use after the allocated time, an additional room hire will be payable at the appropriate rate in half hourly segments.
Venue Hire is available for Events during normal hours of operation, after hours and Saturdays by arrangement and subject to availability.
2. Locations
We have two (2) locations for meeting room bookings;
• Unit 6/20 Lambie Drive, Manukau City, Auckland 2104
• 3049 Great North Road, New Lynn, Auckland 0600
3. Meeting Rooms/Venue Hire inclusion
• Wifi
• Complimentary Coffee & Tea,
• Bathrooms and kitchen facilities
• Whiteboard, Projector or TV screen (subject to availability - make sure to check)
All equipment requirements must be advised 48 hours in advance of your meeting in order to ensure it is set up and supplied in the way expected by the organiser.
The Pacific Business Hub takes all care, but is not liable in the event of the failure of equipment to be available or working during the hire of the venue.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon making a booking.
All bookings are done through our online booking system at https://www.pacificbizhub.co.nz/meeting-room-bookings.html
After hours bookings are by arrangement by a phone call or email.
Your booking is deemed confirmed once you have made and paid your booking.
You should receive an email immediately after this to confirm payment and your booking.
You should refer back to this email if you wish to change or cancel your booking.
This also applies to manual bookings.
5. Changes or Cancellations
In the case of unforeseen circumstances preventing your booking, please reach out to our team. While refunds may not be possible within the 48-hour window, at our discretion, we may grant you credit up to 60 days from the day of the cancellation to rebook a meeting room based on your original booking.
No refund will be given on room or venue hire for any time that is unused.
The Pacific Business Hub reserves the right to decline any booking.
6. Damages
In case of damage or breakages, you the hirer is responsible for the cost of repairs, other than reasonable wear and tear, that may occur during the period of hire or as a result of the hire.
Any damage must be reported as soon as is practicable.
Please do not affix anything to the walls.
7. Sub-letting
You shall not sub-let the hire of the premises.
8. Illegal Activity
The Pacific Business Hub will not permit anything in the facility that is deemed illegal, disorderly or offensive. We reserve the right to be the judge of whether an activity is disorderly or offensive.
9. Smoking
There is a designated area for smokers outside.
10. Animals
No animals are permitted in The Pacific Business Hub.
11. Parking
Parking onsite is limited and is subject to availability.
Park in the unmarked parking spaces.
12. Tidiness
Meeting rooms should be left in a tidy state.
13. Cleaning
General cleaning is included in the room hire fee. Where an event has created cleaning over normal requirements, or if furniture and fittings have been soiled, or paint removed from the walls, the organiser will incur a cleaning fee or repair fee.
14. Rubbish Removal
If you hire venue for an event, it is your responsibility to provide your own rubbish bags and take your rubbish with you.
If you hire a meeting room, you are responsible for the removal of excess rubbish that do not fit in the bins provided.

- Full Refund: Cancellations or changes made at least 48 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time are not eligible for a refund.
