HUB Connect is an initiative of The Pacific Business Hub (TPBH) which was established in 2019 to cater for the increasing demand for business support for businesses owned and operated by Pacific peoples.
The Pacific Business Hub provides the following core services;
HUB Connect falls under it's Business Networking core service, to get members to be a part of our wider network of Pacific businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals. It is also to provide you access to exclusive benefits.
MEMBERSHIP STATUS
Subscription is per business/per individual.
For clarity, a Business membership entitles only one designated individual from the business/organisation to access the associated benefits.
USE OF SERVICES & FACILITIES
Your membership gives you the right to use the The Pacific Business Hub's business support services and facilities during normal opening hours of Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and as long as you make a booking through our online booking system and within your HUB Connect benefits. It does not cover additional costs like food, special events, workshops, business training &/or is not part of the benefits which you must pay for separately.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that facilities are available during normal opening hours, but sometimes demand from other members or circumstances beyond our control may mean that the days and times you want to use the facilities may not be available.
FEES & PAYMENTS
You agree to pay the monthly fee of $50.
You must make payment through the payment link provided on the HUB Connect page on The Pacific Business Hub website.
It is your responsibility to make sure there are sufficient funds in your account
There will be a yearly review of the fees.
In the event that fees may be increased, HUB Connect will give you at least 30 days’ notice in writing which may be by email. If you do not wish to accept that increase you may cancel your membership.
When payment(s) are missed, any overdue amount will be added to the next payment(s) due . All costs associated with recovery of any missed payments will be added to any amounts due.
RULES & PROCEDURES
You must comply with HUB Connect and The Pacific Business Hub rules and procedures at all times while using the Hub facilities. These rules and procedures are designed to allow all members to get maximum benefit from their membership and may change from time to time.
You must not carry out any illegal acts on The Pacific Business Hub premises and you must comply with our health and safety requirements. You must respect staff and other members, and you must not take photographs in the Hubs without our permission and the permission of every person in the photograph.
CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
You may cancel your membership at anytime by doing it yourself or by notifying us either by email, phone or a visit to our office. You may find our contact details on this website under 'contact us'.
Your subscription will be automatically cancelled after 2 consecutive payments being missed unless rectified prior.
We may terminate your membership immediately if you carry out any illegal activity, offensive, dangerous to other people or to you, if you act in serious breach of the rules, or if at any time 2 or more payments are overdue.
If we terminate because of your actions, we will not be liable to you in any way.
All benefits will be revoked upon cancellation or termination of subscription.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership with fourteen (14) days’ notice and without giving any reason.
CONTINUATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Your membership shall continue as long as you are subscribed to our monthly/annual subscription and your fees are up to date unless you cancel your membership or your membership is terminated.
By completing and electronically submitting your HUB Connect application form and paying the subscription fee(s), you accept membership into The Pacific Business Hub's HUB Connect business network with a minimum sign up term of 6 months and you agree with our terms and conditions.
In doing so, you agree to be bound by our Rules, Regulations, Policies, Manuals, Guidelines and reasonable directions of The Pacific Business Hub that forms HUB Connect.
You also agree to uphold our values of conducting yourself ethically, honestly and with integrity.
You confirm that the details set out in the sign up form are true and correct.
You agree that The Pacific Business Hub can collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information as provided on this form (or any updated information or additional personal information the Hub obtains from you including any photo or other record of your image) for the purposes of:
You understand that your personal information will only be used for the purposes listed above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Process:
Due diligence will be carried out upon receiving your application. We reserve the right to turn down an application without reason.
Once application is accepted you will receive; a welcome email and confirmation of payment of subscription.

- Putting your name and contact information on the Hub Connect members list for use by other members.
- Including your photograph or other imagery on our website, social media platforms, newsletters, annual reports or similar official publications.
- Enabling us to contact you with information about the products and services we and other members through emails, text messages and other mediums.
- Enabling us to comply with any statute, regulation, by-law or other regulatory instrument that requires the collection or disclosure of personal information.
- Retaining the information provided on this form if your subscription lapses or cancelled.
- Any other purpose you agree to in writing.
You understand that your personal information will only be used for the purposes listed above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
