HUB Connect Membership Terms and Conditions
Introduction
HUB Connect is an initiative of The Pacific Business Hub (TPBH), established in 2019 to meet the demand for business support within the Pacific business community.

Each membership is per business or per individual. Only one designated individual per business may access the associated benefits.
3. Membership Benefits
Benefits vary by membership type and are outlined in detail with each option.
4. Access to Services and Facilities
Membership provides access to The Pacific Business Hub’s services and facilities during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm). All services require booking through our online system.
Note: Membership does not cover additional costs for food, special events, workshops, or business training. These require separate payment.
The Hub will make reasonable efforts to ensure facilities are available; however, availability cannot always be guaranteed.
5. Fees & Payments
Fees;
Members are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds for each payment.
Annual Fee Review: Fees are subject to annual review. Members will receive 30 days’ written notice of any fee increase, and may cancel membership if they do not wish to accept the new rate.
If payments are missed, any overdue amounts will be added to the next payment, and additional costs for payment recovery may apply.
6. Minimum Membership Term
The minimum term for membership is six (12) twelve months. Cancelling within this period incurs immediate payment of all outstanding fees.
7. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to follow The Pacific Business Hub’s rules, which ensure a respectful and productive environment for all. These rules may be updated as needed.
Members must not engage in illegal activities on Hub premises and must comply with health and safety standards. Respectful behaviour toward staff and members is required, and photography is permitted only with consent from all individuals involved.
8. Membership Cancellation and Termination
All membership benefits end immediately upon cancellation or termination. HUB Connect reserves the right to terminate membership with 14 days’ notice for any reason.
9. Membership Renewal and Continuation
Membership remains active as long as payments are up-to-date, unless the member chooses to cancel or the membership is terminated.

- $250 Annually - Membership + Network
- $15 Monthly - Directory Only
- $50 Monthly - VIP Exclusive Membership

- Cancellation by Member: Members may cancel by contacting us via email, phone, or in person.
- Automatic Cancellation: Membership will be cancelled if two consecutive payments are missed, unless resolved beforehand.
- Immediate Termination by Hub: HUB Connect reserves the right to terminate membership due to illegal, offensive, or dangerous behaviour, or if two or more payments are overdue. In cases of misconduct-related termination, HUB Connect is not liable for any losses.
