HOT DESK USE - TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. OPENING HOURS & LOCATIONS
The Pacific Business Hub opening hours for general use of a Hot Desk is during our normal operating hours of Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
Hot Desks are available for hire on an hourly basis from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
In order to vacate a desk within the agreed period of hire, all equipment and personal belongings must be removed from the desk.
We have two (2) locations available to Hot Desk;
• Unit 6/20 Lambie Drive, Manukau City, Auckland 2104
• 3049 Great North Road, New Lynn, Auckland 0600
2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Booking must be in the name of the person using the Hot Desk.
All bookings are done through our online booking system at https://www.pacificbizhub.co.nz/bookings.html
Payment is due immediately upon booking.
Your booking is deemed confirmed once you have made and paid your booking via our online booking system.
You should receive an email immediately after this to confirm payment and your booking. You should refer back to this email if you wish to change or cancel your booking.
IMPORTANT: When making a booking please use the pre-populated options to add extra hours to avoid being charged for extra hours.
3. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
No refund will be given on desk hire for any time that is unused.
The Pacific Business Hub reserves the right to decline any booking.
4. DAMAGES
In case of damage or breakages, you the hirer is responsible for the cost of repairs, other than reasonable wear and tear, that may occur during the period of hire or as a result of the hire.
Any damage must be reported as soon as is practicable.
Please do not affix anything to the walls.
5. SUB-LETTING
You shall not sub-let the hire of the desk.
6. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
The Pacific Business Hub will not permit anything in the facility that is deemed illegal, disorderly or offensive. We reserve the right to be the judge of whether an activity is disorderly or offensive.
7. SMOKING
The Pacific Business Hub is a NON-SMOKING facility.
8. ANIMALS
No animals are permitted in The Pacific Business Hub.
9. PARKING
Parking onsite is limited and is subject to availability.
Park in the unmarked parking spaces - if in doubt, ask.
10. TIDINESS
Desk(s) should be left in a tidy state.
11. CLEANING
General cleaning is included in the desk hire fee. Where you have created cleaning over normal requirements, or if furniture and fittings have been soiled, the hirer will incur a cleaning fee or repair fee.

- Full Refund: Cancellations or changes made at least 48 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time are not eligible for a refund.
